Renewal procedure of Okayama University ASRC Department of Radiation Research Shikata Lab. (Notice)

 

Thank you for your cooperation in the operation of this facility. We will inform you about the renewal procedure. Please note that the procedures and documents to be submitted differ between the group (A) that will be renewed next year and (B) the group that will be terminated this year. From this year, each document will be submitted as an e-mail attachment (no stamp required). In addition, in order to continue as radiation workers, it is necessary to attend health examinations and renewal education. Please note the separate guidance regarding these.

 

A)    Research group that will continue to use in 2021

1)    Submission of the 2020 end-of-use report Please also carry out the following.

Disposal of unnecessary RI

Arrangement of used laboratory tables, contamination inspection, and waste disposal

Processing of measured samples such as liquid scintillation counters stored in the laboratory

2)    Submission of Entry-form for Using Shikada Lab in 2021

If you are conducting animal experiments, recombinant DNA experiments, or OMIC device use experiments at this facility, please fill in only the users of this facility.

If you wish to use SPECT / CT, please also submit the "SPECT Usage Expense Item Application Form".

Please carry out the items that are currently registered and are not planned to be used next year. Please contact the management office in advance as there are necessary procedures such as pollution inspection before carrying out.
